This project is one of the most important projects that I had the opportunity to work on, and yes, Jay-z went through and approved an idea from a deck that I put together :D

As this was a very important and urgent project (and extremely quick turnaround) for RocNation I was able to utilize my creative skills for good. The team and I were able to fly out to Boston n for the day to sit down with the Henry’s and hear their story

When RocNation reached out about doing a story on parents who’ve tragically lost their children to injustice I couldn't say no. We were tasked with covering Danroy ‘DJ’ Henry’s tragic story. Partnering with The Players Coalition — a social justice organization made up of athletes advocating for racial equality and criminal justice reform, RocNation pledged $1M to raise awareness and foster positive change. The video we created has garnered over 12 million+ views on Youtube, 1 million+ on Twitter, as well as tweets from some prominent artists and influencers, including Meek Mill, Fat Joe, Van Jones, and more.
