People use wifi every day but don’t understand how it works, it’s kind of a mystery to them. When speeds are slow the knee jerk is to blame the cable company, but if they knew how to keep their wifi tuned, they’d do it → improving their own experience & satisfaction.
We were tasked to develop content that teaches people about Wifi and how to keep theirs running optimally, troubleshoot themselves, or use digital care channels to get human help when they need it. We worked with Xfinity to identify four key customer service messages that we covered in each of our approaches. The creative approaches consisted of the Studio seamless, Lifestyle in-home, Animated/Graphic illustration, as well as Tech and innovator approach. I had the honor of leading the Animated/Graphic illustration approach as the art director. This approach utilized a sleek animation style with vector-styled illustrations. With this style, we were easily able to convey the information needed to troubleshoot a customer's problem in a more fun and inventive way.
